        SESSION DETAILS:

        01:  Find Your North Star. We will develop your career storyboard including a personal bio of what you look like, where you live, your industry, position, income, company, and what you do for fun. Your story is the best asset to create your ideal career, build your personal brand, and communicate your value to the world. The "North Star" is my way of saying: Get clarity on your career goals, and it will change your legacy.

        02:  Create An Action Plan. We will create an effective career transition plan for an internal promotion taking on bigger challenges, or action a 3-step-strategy to join a company aligned to your vision. You will learn the "R.I.S.E. Decision Making Framework" to answer career questions with a step by step repeatable plan.

        03:  Increase Your Income. We will talk about salary, bonuses, stock, international travel, and other forms of equity. You will learn how to ask for a raise, and negotiate your job offer. The goal is a career that is both dope and financially rewarding. 

        04: Forge Stronger Ties. We will identify mentors and industry resources to grow your career. You will connect with other cohort members to help you to find support and reach your goals.
